Welcome to the BAC Web Site.

Bakersfield Aquatics Club is a USA Swimming registered swim club practicing in Bakersfield, California.  We currently offer year-round programs for swimmers of all levels including masters swimmers. 

BAC also offers high school preseason, water polo, and swim lessons during specific times of the year.

We have a great coaching staff, and our focus is on having fun in the water while developing great stroke technique and work ethic in swimmers of all levels.  

We currently host approximately two USA Sanctioned swim meets a year, and attend one to two swim meets a month for our year-round club swimmers.  Competition at meets is recommended, but not required.

Congratulations to our CCS Junior Olympic Team!



BAC was well-represented at the Central California Junior Olympic Meet in Fresno on 2/18 - 2/20.  Our swimmers brought home a huge number of medals, including a first place finish in the Girls' 13-14 400 Free Relay (Stanzi Moseley, Megan Zaletel, Kendall Rudie, and Symantha Lazerson).  Our team also came home with 4th place in the team high points competition, a first place individual high point award and four swimmer of the year awards.

Group 3's Newest Member
Kevin Verdejo, due to his dedication, strong work ethic and understanding of stroke basics has been moved up to the Pre-Senior Group (Group 3). Group 3 coach, Matt, would like to welcome Kevin to his group and wish him the best of luck as he continues to work on stroke technique and training. Good Luck Kevin!
